No. If you were already fit you wouldn't need a coach. Most clients start from scratch or after a long break — that's exactly who this is built for.

Yes, for online coaching. Programmes can be built for home equipment, a gym, or a mix of both depending on what you've got access to.
No. Nutrition guidance is flexible and built around foods you actually eat, not a meal plan copied and pasted for everyone.
Yes. Eating out, birthdays, and normal life are factored in, not treated as failures.
Yes. This isn't about cutting out everything you enjoy — it's about building something you can actually keep doing.

We adjust. That's the point of ongoing coaching — a bad week doesn't mean starting over, it means the plan flexes and we carry on.
Yes. Every exercise is explained properly and check-ins are there to catch anything that's not working, same as in person.

For online coaching, no — you can be anywhere in the UK (or beyond). For 1-to-1 personal training, you'll need to be able to get to Prenton.
